Ross Rizzo: Director
Ross Rizzo started the practice in November 2006. Ross launched his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Big 4 accounting firm, in December 1998 and has also spent time gaining experience in London and travelling throughout other areas of Europe. Since his return to Ballarat he had worked with several firms until starting Peak Accounting Group.

Ross’s experience spans micro-business to listed multi-nationals, providing him with a unique insight into business operations at every level. His experience also includes the management of his own business concerns, enabling him to provide a practical and holistic perspective to solving clients accounting issues.

Ross has excellent communication skills enabling him to explain complex accounting and financial matters.  His ability to provide helpful and individualised solutions to his clients adds further value to his service offerings at Peak Accounting Group.

Alison Rizzo: Administration Manager

Alison gained her administration experience in the health sector in Melbourne, Ballarat and London.  Since returning to Australia she has further developed  the administration of Peak Accounting Group in regards to the company’s systems and controls. Alison is currently completing her Diploma in Accounting in order to provide further value to clients.

Michele Mars: Senior Accountant

Michele graduated from the University of Ballarat in 2005 with Honours.  Since joining the combined OSS and Peak Accounting Group in 2007 she has become a valuable member of our team.  Michele is currently completing her CPA qualification.

Rakesh Patel: Graduate Accountant

Rakesh was an international student who came from India with Undergraduate Degree in Commerce. He completed his Masters in Commerce at the University of Ballarat in 2009. Rakesh joined Peak Accounting Group as a graduate accountant in 2010.
